Professional and friendly service. I needed 1-2-1 advice unfortunately my organisation did not provide any Menopause support sessions and I did not feel comfortable to discuss this with my friends so I really appreciated the sessions with the Pause and Learn consultant.

I was unaware how best to support a staff member who was experiencing several menopause symptoms. Pause and Learn gave me excellent support and direction. I would definitely recommend them.

They were punctual, professional, and I learned a lot. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of menopause advice or support.
